Installation Engineering Manager Position

Aretè & Cocchi Technology has a unique opportunity for a skilled Installation Engineering Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation engineering process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects meet the company's high standards.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Installation engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil or other Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Installation Engineers and T&I analysis engineers

Prepare technical documentation of the project

Ensure compliance with corporate and international standards

Manage the installation analysis team

Coordinate with project management team to define project execution plans

Follow up onshore and offshore operations to technically assist vessel management team

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Installation engineering

Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil or other Engineering discipline

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
