Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates for roofing projects, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and identify potential challenges.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide detailed quotes that meet their needs.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and customer communications to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and materials to ensure your knowledge is current and relevant.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on either cladding or pitched roofing.
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
