- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and business rules, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems and reports, ensuring that users are empowered to make informed decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited academic institution.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in providing MIS/BA solutions, with a strong understanding of data and information management domains and required tools and technologies.
- Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and tenacity to identify root causes of problems. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders. Robust knowledge of data, systems, and analytical tools like SAS/SQL and Excel. Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and data environments.
- Certifications: Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) and/or SAS certification is an added advantage.
