The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the development of innovative campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and outdoor advertising. To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in graphic design, marketing, or communications, with at least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Arabic language proficiency is also required due to the company's target market.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a creative team.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
