**Job Title:** Warehouse Logistics Controller

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Controller to join our team at Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the overall operations of assigned functional areas, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks to minimize potential impacts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.
