Job Purpose

The role of Electrical Construction Coordinator at ANOTECH requires an individual with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical discipline construction execution on a large scale.

This position involves overseeing the completion of site-based electrical elements, reviewing work schedules, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of electrical works, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
  • Participate in integrated site planning sessions to provide input and company-specific information.
  • Review and comment on Contractor's site implementation schedules to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote schedule adherence and track progress, highlighting potential or emergent issues in daily reports.
  • Collaborate with contractor counterparts and other site teams to prepare the field for execution of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
  • Function as the client focal point for site electrical works and discipline construction matters, providing resolution to technical and non-technical queries.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Recognized electrical discipline trade/craft qualification or engineering degree.
  • Previous experience as a competent RPE with MV & HV installation and testing experience.
  • Familiarity with safe isolation LOTO procedures.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in chosen electrical discipline construction execution on a large scale.
  • Effective communication skills and strong team ethic.
  • Computer literacy in typical office programs and project management software.
