We are seeking a skilled Financial Markets Analyst and Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the US, Chinese, or Brazilian trading markets, specializing in futures, cash equities, and Indian options.

The successful Trader will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies that involve identifying and capitalizing on market inefficiencies, continuously monitoring and optimizing trading performance, and controlling and reporting risk, PnL, and other metrics.

In addition, the Trader will work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations of the trading business, develop and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and market participants, and provide regular updates on trading performance and market conditions to senior management.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market structure, regulations, and current opportunities, as well as experience running fully systematic trading strategies with holding periods ranging from minutes to a few hours.
