Job Title: Legal Manager - Real Estate Investment

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager - Real Estate Investment to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned legal professional with expertise in real estate investment to provide strategic legal advice and guidance to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on investment activities, property management, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on real estate investment matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate investment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management, and investment.
  • Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments.
