Job Description
In this role as Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. You will also be responsible for defining and communicating product vision and strategy, conducting market research, and creating product roadmaps. Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and innovation.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.* Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the crypto/Web3 space.* Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.* Advocate for user experience by gathering insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product requirements.* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sectors.* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.* Passion for emerging technologies and the potential of decentralized ecosystems.
