Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM) inventory.
  • Ensure all Goods Received Notes (GRN) entries are up-to-date and processed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the receiving and processing of goods, including transfers and deliveries.
  • Process daily production reports and delivery notes for FG, RM, and production transfers.
  • Execute online orders and arrange samples and related documentation for the sales department and management.
  • Process requisitions for FG and RM to sub-factories, warehouses, and outlets.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse inbound and outbound daily reports.
  • Monitor and track sales returns and delivery note damage entries.
  • Verify all products against packing lists and delivery orders.
