Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Marriott International. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of payroll work, processing payrolls in accordance with schedules, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing: Process payrolls in accordance with weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll cut-off schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including processing tax code amendments and dealing with queries from HMRC.
  3. Pension Administration: Process and upload pension submissions, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll processing, including checklists and payroll submissions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of HMRC regulations and payroll processing. You will also need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
