About the Role
We are seeking a talented Airline Revenue Strategist to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a Demand Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue through accurate demand forecasting and in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize network revenue through accurate demand forecasting and strategic revenue management tactics.
- Precisely forecast demand, ensuring detailed mapping at multiple dimensions (e.g., Class, time of departure, day of week, Origin, and Destination), especially during peak periods and special events.
- Strategically manage revenue during peak times and special events to capitalize on demand fluctuations.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Track and analyze revenue performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with all commercial departments, Network Planning, alliance, sales, e-commerce, marketing, and loyalty, to ensure pricing and revenue strategies align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or with relevant analytical experience.
- 5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
- High familiarity with airline systems, such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, DDS, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Zenztech but not required.
