Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control and assurance activities on EPC projects, including deliverables review and surveillance of suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding, materials, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Experience with automated welding and automated ultrasonic testing (UT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015.
  • UAE/GCC driving license.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and will work on a long-term contract basis. The working hours will be 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
