Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business requirements and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of reporting/BI/data issues, drafting solutions for resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
  3. Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
  4. Be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
  5. Understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; BE is preferred.
  • Experience working in a similar role (at least 1 year).
  • Exposure to Excel and SQL.
  • Deadline driven, team player with strong customer focus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
