Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer professional and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, as well as menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous service experience is an asset.
  • Previous point of sale system experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options.
