EPC Project Procurement Manager Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement process for our EPC projects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project needs and client expectations
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish procurement execution plans and logistics strategies
* Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and subcontractors, while maintaining high-quality services and controlling costs

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* At least 10 years of experience in work-related fields, preferably in large oil and gas projects and EPC projects above USD50M with ADNOC (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, communication, and cooperation skills, with ability to build strong working relationships and manage reporting at project and division levels
* Excellent analytical skills, fluency in English, and good knowledge of ERP systems and related software
