Job Opportunity

The United Arab Emirates University invites highly qualified individuals to apply for an instructor position in the College of Science. The successful candidate will contribute to the laboratory teaching of structural geology, engineering geosciences, GIS, and field geology at the undergraduate level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of laboratory teaching materials and courses
  • Participate in fieldwork and visits as part of course and department activities
  • Contribute to administrative and community services
  • Participate in department research projects

Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in Geosciences
  • Practical or industrial experience related to any of the geoscience specializations above is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to laboratory teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate levels
