**About the Role**

Lucy Switchgear FZE is looking for a skilled Junior Maintenance Technician to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our machinery and equipment, ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our maintenance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our operations. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance
  • Responding to breakdowns and performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement improvements to our processes and systems

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with experience in sheet metal fabrication machinery
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in maintenance departments, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
