Q-Sourcing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for Cable Manufacturing to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Operator (Bunching 630 Lead Machine Mica Tapping Pairing), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the cable manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Machine Operation
  • Operate and monitor Bunching 630 Lead Machine Mica Tapping and Pairing machines according to production schedules.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth machine operation and detect any issues.
Quality Assurance
  • Verify product dimensions, insulation, and electrical properties to ensure compliance with MESC cable manufacturing standards.
  • Report defects or irregularities to the quality control team.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Perform minor machine maintenance and cleaning to avoid downtime.
  • Identify and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team for repairs.
  • Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of machine components.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cable manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Proficiency in operating Bunching 630 Lead Machine Mica Tapping and Pairing machines.
  • Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards.
