We are looking for a Retail Sales Professional to join our team in Dubai & Northern Emirates. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the retail or consumer FMCG sector, preferably in personal care or baby care products. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling products to retail and modern trade clients. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Additional requirements include proficiency in MS Office, experience with CRM tools, a valid UAE driver's license, and ownership of a car. Willingness to travel within the assigned region is also essential.
