Your Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. You will collaborate across departments to implement solutions that align with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported hardware and software solution issues.
  • You will provide support to internal and external teams during commercial discussions, customer onboarding, solution configuration stage, live deployments, and other activities.
  • You will monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent or minimize impact to customers.
  • You will escalate complex issues that require tech team or partner involvement, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • You will work scheduled shifts to ensure necessary support coverage.

  • A highly skilled technical professional with experience in hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
