We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Planning Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting project leaders in delivering high-quality construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimising delays.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project delivery meets expectations.
  3. Analyse project data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  6. Support project managers in preparing project reports, proposals, and presentations.
  7. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  8. Participate in training and development programmes, enhancing skills and expertise.

Essential Skills:

  1. Strong technical knowledge of construction planning and project management principles.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management software such as P6.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
