We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Inspector to join our team at NAFFCO GROUP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Safety Inspections and Training: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and provide training to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Prepare and Maintain Reports: Prepare and maintain reports on near misses, accidents, and other safety-related incidents, including HIRA, aspect, and impact assessments.
  • Enforce Safety Standards: Enforce all employees to adopt safety standards as per the requirements, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Help in the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of NAFFCO GROUP's environmental health and safety programs.
  • Participate in EHS Site Audits: Participate in EHS site audits, inspections, and routine surveys, including the development and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in audit results.
Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards.
