About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing account-based marketing plans for priority accounts in the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with account teams to create and promote 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives in global and strategic accounts.
  • Lead value proposition development and workshops to articulate clear account-specific messaging and demonstrated problems/solutions fit.
  • Ensure effective research and use of personas, journey mapping, and moments that matter across accounts and campaigns.
  • Partner with content, digital events, and creative teams on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support, and message testing.
  • Track, measure, and report on all ABM activity based on account KPIs and successes.
  • Communicate program status to key stakeholders and ensure programs are executed on time and customer contact strategies and workflows are working effectively.
Requirements
  • Relevant years of experience executing marketing campaigns.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, independent, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Excellent communicator (via presentation, written, and spoken channels) and coalition builder.
  • Strategic thinker with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet individual and company goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant local experience and knowledge of markets, culture, and/or key customers in the MEA region (preferred).
  • Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders.
