**Job Responsibilities**

  • Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems, including:

**Maintenance Tasks**

  • Air-conditioning and electrical systems
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Food and Laundry Systems (FLS) equipment
  • Building maintenance, including furniture and fixtures
  • Painting and parts renewal and repairs
  • Kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Low-voltage (LV) systems
  • Guest rooms
  • Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets
  • Function and banquet areas
  • Front and back-of-the-house areas
  • Plumbing and drainage systems

**Communication and Coordination**

  • Communicate with engineering management and team leaders to improve efficiency
  • Inform engineering management and team leaders of any service disruptions

**Safety and Efficiency**

  • Implement safe work practices and efficient methods
  • Perform proper preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Be familiar with hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by hotel management
