They provide their clients with the ability to thrive in the ever-changing digital landscape by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.
The role of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Senior Solution Developer is a key member of our client's Microsoft Business Solutions customer delivery team, focused on D365CE centred solutions. The developer will assist in delivering the technical implementation and design of D365CE solutions, collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. Additionally, the developer will be involved in developing integration solutions between D365CE and various third-party legacy systems for clients. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience with .Net JavaScript development for D365CE, as well as awareness of best practices across the development lifecycle including code management, test methodologies, and build processes.
This position involves working alongside the Solution and Technical Architects to create high-quality design and sustainable client solutions, as well as project documentation. In an Agile or Waterfall approach, depending on business requirements, the developer will implement technical solutions for customer needs in D365CE. Ensuring all design/technical documentation remains up-to-date during the development process is also a critical aspect of this role. Furthermore, the developer will work on components outside of the core D365CE platform but within the wider Microsoft stack, such as Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and PowerApps. Collaboration with both onshore and off/nearshore development teams is also essential. Lastly, the developer must deliver all development work according to Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully per the project plan, on time and on budget.
