Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation projects for Building Management Systems (BMS) within the GCC region. This role requires a strong background in engineering, with a focus on system integration and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing installation projects for BMS systems. Recent or past experience in third-party integration is highly desirable.

The project engineer will work closely with the project management team to design and execute projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and fault clearance of systems, as well as determining priorities of tasks, actions, and schedules accordingly.

The project engineer will use their experience to perform calibration of VAV systems, testing and commissioning of FCU and VAV systems, and running chiller/chilled water pump plant control programming of third-party integration protocols. They will also configure OT & IT networking relevant for BMS networking and perform BMS graphics development and server configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation projects for BMS systems within the GCC region
