Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sports organizations, event organizers, and local authorities for seamless execution of sporting events.
  • Monitor field operations, assess risks, and provide solutions to operational challenges.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety measures and protocols at sports venues.
  • Provide guidance to on-ground staff, volunteers, and event coordinators to maintain efficiency.
  • Maintain records and reports on field activities, incidents, and operational performance.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training programs for athletes, coaches, and sports personnel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of sports venues and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with overall sports development plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports field supervision, sports event management, or facility operations.
  • Relevant sports-specializing certifications (e.g., Coaching, Officiating, Sports Administration).
  • Strong knowledge of sports regulations, event management, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with UAE government regulations related to sports events and facility management.
  • Passion for sports and commitment to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
