**Job Summary**

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the wind tunnel during normal and abnormal conditions. As an Airflow Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for controlling the airflow, communicating with instructors, and maintaining a safe and clean operating environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Control the wind tunnel airflow during normal operations with customers flying.
  • Understand and demonstrate correct procedures when encountering abnormal operations.
  • Communicate with instructors and understand time-splitting procedures.
  • Sanitize tunnel suits and helmets.
  • Assist in gearing up customers, selecting the right size suit and helmet.
  • Possibly teach an introductory class on wind tunnel operations.
  • Understand the basics of the POS system at CLYMB.
  • Ensure all safety rules and procedures are being adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and safe operating environment and report any defects to management.
  • Keep up to date with promotions and pricing.
  • Ensure sufficient stock of flight gear and PPE.
  • Follow all SOPs and understand CLYMB's risk assessments.
  • Answer customer queries and questions.

**Requirements**

  • Have a basic knowledge of the flight chamber and how it works.
  • Have tried the experience and understand bodyflight.
