Job Summary

NMC Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled CSSD Technician to join our team. As a CSSD Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
2. Process and maintain sterile instruments and surgical sets, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the timely distribution of instruments and equipment.
4. Report any issues or concerns to the CSSD Manager.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Certification in CSSD technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills a plus.
