Job Brief:

The Technology Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for all internal resort IT systems and customers, minimizing any system interruptions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for all internal resort IT systems and customers.
  • Record all issues that arise and inform the supervisor of any problems that require further attention.
  • Suggest system enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with the Business Center Team to respond to Guest-related IT requests.

Requirements:
