Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation of equipment, machinery, wiring, and software according to specifications.
  • Training and guiding team members on installation techniques.
  • Logical problem-solving to evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Determining necessary tools and balancing costs and benefits.
  • Active listening, clear communication, and effective time management.
  • Resolving operational errors and monitoring performance for improvement.
  • Motivating and directing team members while resolving conflicts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of mechanical installation experience.
  • ADNOC approval as Mechanical Foreman.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
