We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Inspector to join our team at Ali And Sons Holding L.L.C. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Asset Management: Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize the performance and lifespan of our assets.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of supply and material inventories to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Purchasing: Procure equipment, tools, and materials as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Maintenance Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs for all machinery and equipment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
