Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at DIJLLAH JEWELLERY L.L.C. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across all areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of internal compliance audits and prepare audit reports.
  4. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
  5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies and act as a liaison between the Compliance Department and other departments.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.).
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with compliance management software.
