About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to join our team at Daikan, providing top-notch care for newborns and infants. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of these precious little ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for Newborns and Infants: Provide exceptional care, including feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and soothing babies to promote healthy development.
- Establishing Routines: Develop and maintain consistent sleep and feeding schedules to create a sense of security and stability for the children.
- Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to the child's needs, supporting their growth and development.
- Promoting Healthy Sleep Habits: Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques to foster healthy sleep patterns in the children.
- Facilitating Learning and Exploration: Plan and implement engaging activities that stimulate curiosity and promote independent learning and exploration.
- Maintaining Safety and Hygiene: Ensure a clean and safe environment by regularly cleaning and disinfecting toys and play areas.
- Communication with Parents: Maintain accurate records of the child's activities, development, and notable incidents, while communicating effectively with parents daily to provide updates on their child's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Female candidates are required for this position due to the nature of the role.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Midwifery is preferred, providing a solid foundation in healthcare and child development.
- Demonstrate relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of providing quality care to newborns, infants, and children.
- Show enthusiasm and dedication to working with babies and children, demonstrating a genuine passion for their well-being and development.
- Possess a caring and compassionate attitude towards children and families, providing empathetic support and nurturing care.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and healthcare professionals in a sensitive and supportive manner.
