About the Role

The Global Supply Chain Transformation PMO Lead will be responsible for driving and supporting the integration of projects across Acino's global supply chain. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for:

  1. Driving standard processes and governance across global supply chain functions.
  2. Driving strategic initiatives from the Global Supply Chain across regions, sites, and countries.
  3. Focusing on driving process optimization across the network within the Global Supply Chain scope.
  4. Leading the PMO for all Global Supply Chain transformation strategic projects.
  5. Coordinating multi-functional project teams in a multi-cultural environment.
  6. Controlling and reporting multiple projects across the global supply chain.
  7. Supporting the Global Supply Chain Head in managing the performance of projects across the Global Supply Chain function.
  8. Being an active member of preparing business cases for new projects or business development projects.
  9. Leading Acino value creation projects with coordination and alignment cross-functionally.
