Role Summary
As an EYFS Primary teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum content and contribute to school-wide initiatives. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for sharing best practices are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans aligned with EYFS standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver staff development programs
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees that promote sustainability and innovation

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must hold a B.Ed or subject-related degree, a PGCE/PGDE, or equivalent. Proven teaching experience in EYFS (ideally 1-2 years) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for sharing best practices.
