  • Identify and resolve design conflicts and discrepancies.
  • Create precise construction documentation, drawings, and schedules derived from BIM models.
  • Maintain thorough and current documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on models to verify accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Apply best practices for BIM modeling and project delivery.
  • Engage closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Participate in coordination meetings to ensure effective integration of mechanical components.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Specialist in design consulting firms.
  • Advanced expertise in Revit software for BIM modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles and construction methodologies.
