The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, design, and master planning, with a minimum of 18 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality urban planning, design, and master planning project submissions in the UAE, KSA, and the wider Middle East and Africa.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers to deliver first-class solutions that combine innovation, imagination, and best practice. They will be required to travel within the Middle East region to projects in a variety of geographical locations, including Saudi Arabia.

We offer an excellent package that includes annual leave, medical and life insurance cover, company gratuity scheme, discretionary bonus scheme, and 22 working days annual leave (based on 5 days working a week).   1. Responsibilities:
  2. Take ownership of large-scale design and production packages under the supervision of the Design/Project Director.
  3. Organize and graphically develop client presentations.
  4. Work to a programme for deliverables and advise senior staff of any issues which may affect delivery.
  5. Work within agreed design standards and parameters with senior staff.
  6. Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the expectations of senior staff.
  7. Work within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.
  8. Undertake technical coordination with other disciplines.
