Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring and processing of Corporate Actions processes covering Domestic and Regional and International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process corporate action events across Local Regional International Markets
  • Reconcile client positions with respective sub-custodians and markets
  • Monitor and post accruals and entitlements to client accounts
  • Solicit and receive responses from clients and submit instructions to sub-custodians/markets/agents/processing banks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
