Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Busway Solutions to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing responsibilities related to estimation support of Eaton's busway offerings, supporting existing and new busway partners with design trainings in AutoCAD, reviewing technical drawings, and helping them develop their own techno-commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage estimation support for Eaton's busway offerings, including design trainings and technical drawings.
  • Support existing and new busway partners with design trainings in AutoCAD and review technical drawings.
  • Liaise with feeder plant and regional pricing and sales verticals and channel partners to bridge the techno-commercial gap.
  • Be aware of regional requirements around design and 3rd party equipment, ensuring customer gets a functional end-to-end solution.
  • Work with regional order management teams to translate customer requirements to the feeder plants and assist with change management.
  • Assist regional claims organization with technical aspects of partner claims and feeder plant actions.
  • Prioritize customer needs and awareness of market trends and competitive insights.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience with design, pre-qualification submissions, site measurements, and principles of installation and testing commissioning of low voltage busway.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering with a technically strong knowledge of LV busways.
  • Familiarity with IEC and NEMA BU1.1 standards for low voltage busway design and installation.
  • Good communication skills in English, with Arabic or Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog an advantage.
  • Driving license (GCC) is a prerequisite for this role.
