Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a team of construction professionals, including Assistant Resident Engineers, Construction Inspectors, and Office/Field Engineers.
  • Contract Administration: Review and analyze engineering-related materials, reports, documents, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and review project schedules, identifying critical milestones and priorities to ensure timely completion.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and review cost estimates, analyzing and mitigating risks to ensure project financial stability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communication: Develop and present clear and concise reports, correspondence, and presentations to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in heavy civil construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients.
