Job Description:
As an Instant Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals. You will be the primary contact for these clients, proactively communicating with them on a daily basis and ensuring their requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
This role requires a deep understanding of each client's unique lifestyle, preferences, and needs. You will work closely with clients to create customized experiences, combining existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio to meet their individual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and communication
- Coordinating personalized experiences and events
- Strengthening relationships through a deep understanding of each client's lifestyle and preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as personal assistant, customer service, guest relations, or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build professional yet intimate relationships with clients.
