">Your Role: As an Architecture and Civil Draughtsman, you will play a crucial part in developing detailed drawings and plans for various stages of projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards governing architectural and civil construction in the GCC region.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive drawings for conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software proficiently to create and modify drawings, incorporating changes as required throughout the design process.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural and civil drawings with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather information and verify dimensions for drafting purposes.
- Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation to identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.
- Provide support during the construction phase by producing as-built drawings and responding to requests for information (RFIs) from contractors.
