EnerMech requires an exceptional individual to join our team as a Personnel Logistics Coordinator.

This key role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful mobilization of personnel for various projects, both locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our mobilization operations.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

Mobilization Coordination:
  1. Work closely with project managers and HR teams to determine personnel mobilization requirements.
  2. Develop comprehensive mobilization plans to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely execution.
Schedule Management:
  1. Create and maintain detailed personnel mobilization schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
  2. Coordinate with project teams and HR to align mobilization dates and requirements.
Compliance and Documentation:
  1. Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding personnel travel, visas, work permits, and other related documents.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel mobilization activities, including travel itineraries, accommodation details, and relevant documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
  1. Cultivate strong relationships with project managers to understand specific mobilization requirements and preferences.
  2. Communicate effectively with relevant teams to provide timely updates on personnel mobilization status and resolve any issues or concerns.
Staff Transportation and Logistics:
  1. Assist in coordinating staff transportation for business-related purposes, including meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
  2. Handle logistics for personal reasons, such as employee relocations or travel arrangements for emergencies or compassionate reasons.
Administrative:
  1. Raise Purchase Orders on the internal system to ensure seamless logistical support.
  2. Ensure adequate credit is available for booking travel arrangements by communicating with Finance.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Educated to Degree level
  2. Previous experience in a Personnel Logistics Role
  3. Understanding of Visa Process and requirements for different countries

Preferred:

  1. Degree/ Post Graduate level qualification in Human Resources.
