We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Strategy Manager to join our team at Arada. As a key member of our engineering and design department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive BIM strategy that aligns with our vision.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration between digital workflows, project planning, design, construction, and facilities management. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to establish BIM guidelines, standards, and execution plans tailored to our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a BIM strategy aligned with the company's vision.
  • Establish BIM guidelines, standards, and execution plans tailored to our project portfolio.
  • Implement BIM workflows that enhance cost savings, reduce construction risks, and improve project efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless BIM integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of BIM experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a real estate development company or consultancy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo, and other relevant BIM tools.
