Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Policy Alignment: Monitor facility operating and business plans to ensure alignment with environmental protection policies and standards, ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations.
- Environmental Risk Management: Identify deviations and develop solutions to environmental problems, mitigating environmental risks and improving compliance with company and governmental regulations.

- Environmental KPIs: Establish environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company policies and strategies, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions.
- Environmental Management Systems: Develop, review, and deploy facility environmental management systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ensuring the sustainability of our operations.
- Environmental Procedures: Develop and maintain environmental procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations.
- Environmental Benchmarking: Conduct internal environmental performance benchmarking studies among oil and gas refineries, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in environmental engineering and sustainability, with experience in developing and implementing environmental management systems. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
