Job Summary

Integrity HVAC Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent costly repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Operate and monitor the performance of glycol-based chillers to maintain temperature control and energy efficiency.
  • Monitor control panels, adjust settings, and read gauges to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and repair all facility systems and equipment, including air cooling chillers, to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and train apprentices and junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with facility management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in facility management or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with facility management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
