  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the crypto/Web3 space.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Gather insights and feedback from users and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
