Operations Manager - Energy Division

Archirodon Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Energy Division team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of energy projects with a focus on Oil & Gas projects across the MENA, Central Asia, and/or Africa regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, with at least 15 years of experience in delivering large-scale Oil & Gas projects. A proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously and a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas market in the Middle East and Africa are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or maintain a high-level supervision of Project Managers who are responsible for the delivery of the projects.
  • Track projects' progress, administer monthly operations meetings and provide updates to internal stakeholders on projects progress.
  • Initiate appropriate actions, including temporary relocation to site, to keep the projects on track whenever conditions change throughout the lifecycle of the project.
